What we do with your details.

Last updated 24 August 2026

This policy explains what we do with the information you send us through this website. It is written to be read, not survived. If anything here is unclear, ask us at info@nexhostai.com.

Who is responsible

Nexhost AI S.r.l., with its registered office at Via Arnaldo Lucentini 14, 62029 Tolentino (MC), Italy, is the data controller. VAT number IT02189670439, Marche Business Register no. 02189670439, REA MC–318512.

Write to info@nexhostai.com about anything on this page. We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer, as we are not required to.

What we collect

Only what you type into the request form:

Our server also records the IP address a request came from and the time it arrived. That is a side effect of accepting form submissions at all: it lets us block abuse and stop one sender flooding the form.

Visits to this site

Separately from the form, we keep a record of visits so we can see whether the site is being read at all. For each page view our own server writes down:

This is first-party and cookieless. Nothing is placed on your device, nothing is sent to Google or any other analytics company, and nothing follows you to other websites. To read a visit as a sequence rather than isolated hits, page views are grouped by a code derived from your IP and browser that is regenerated daily and cannot be linked across days.

We keep these visit records for 12 months and then delete them. Only we can read them.

Why we collect it, and on what basis

What we do not do

Who else sees it

Your request arrives as an email, so it passes through our web host and our email provider on the way to us. They handle it on our behalf under contract and may not use it for their own purposes. If a provider we rely on stores data outside the European Economic Area, that transfer is covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

How long we keep it

If your enquiry does not lead to work together, we delete it within 12 months. If it does, we keep it for as long as we work together, and afterwards only for as long as accounting and tax rules require — ten years for invoicing records under Italian law.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict what we do with it, or send it to you in a portable format. You may object to processing we base on legitimate interest. You may withdraw consent at any time, which stops further use though it does not undo what was already done.

Email info@nexhostai.com and we will respond within one month. There is no charge.

Complaints

If you think we have handled your data badly, tell us first — we would rather fix it. You are also entitled to complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it) or to the authority where you live or work.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If a change materially affects data we already hold, we will tell you directly.
